Waitlist Sign Up. When you sign up for our waitlist to receive updates about Arksense, we collect your name, email address, and stage of kidney disease. This information is used solely to communicate with you about our product development and launch.

When you sign up for our waitlist, we ask for your stage of kidney disease. We collect this information solely to understand who is interested in Arksense and to tailor our communications to be relevant to your situation. We do not use this information to make any medical determinations, and we treat it with the same care as all personal information described in this Privacy Notice.

Arksense is currently in development and does not yet offer a medical product or service. None of the information you share with us is used to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

6. Your Privacy Choices

Email Communications. If you receive an email from us and no longer wish to receive updates, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to opt out of future communications. Note that certain communications, such as updates to this Privacy Notice, may not be subject to opt-out.
Access and Deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at azeem@arksense.co. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals transmitted by web browsers.

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems or your personal information. Waitlist information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until Arksense no longer operates its waitlist program.

Arksense is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Website from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your home country. By using the Website, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and other countries as described in this Privacy Notice.

The Website is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
